Matt Brady
Matt Brady, MS Ed., has deep knowledge and experience with leading and supporting organizations through their transformations in becoming digital-age learning communities.
Matt's specialization is developing digital ecosystems that improve organizational decision making and demystify and accelerate communications and production processes. He has conducted hundreds of workshops within learning communities and businesses worldwide and is passionate about the challenge of developing and supporting leaders in their work to navigate the increasingly complex landscape of technology and change. A native of the midwest United States, Matt started his education career as a Peace Corps volunteer in Kazakhstan and is currently the Director of Digital Learning at Nishimachi International School in Tokyo. Prior to joining the Leadership Team at Nishimachi, Matt was the whole school Technology Coach at Bonn International School and has also worked/taught in schools in the United States, Vietnam and Tanzania prior to Germany and Japan. Matt’s wife Karin is a School Psychologist and they are proud parents of a three year old daughter, Esme. A graduate of Michigan State University (B.A. Social Science Interdisciplinary), and the City University of New York (M.S. Education), Matt is a Google Level II Certified Educator and Google Certified Trainer with over two decades of experience working in technology integration. He is experienced both as a leadership team member in education and in directly supporting executive leadership within large Fortune 500 organizations and small businesses. Mr. Brady is the author of Digital Ecosystem Leadership: Overcoming Obstacles to Technology Integration. Leading From a Position of Influence, Not Authority, published in 2017. He is currently finishing his second book, EdTech for Leadership which is slated for publication in early 2019. |
